Terms
These terms cover the Cursed Windows app, trycursed.com, official installers, included cursor packs, and cursor creation tools.
Using Cursed
You may use Cursed to change the cursor settings for your Windows account and to create cursor files from material you have the right to use. Cursed installs no driver or system service and does not need administrator permission. You are responsible for deciding whether the app is suitable for your computer and for keeping any backups you consider important.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cursed, the website, an installer, or a cursor made with Cursed to imitate a trusted system prompt, mislead another person, distribute harmful material, interfere with a computer or service, or break the law.
Your files and third-party work
You remain responsible for the images, animations, cursor files, and other material you import. You must have permission to use and distribute that material. Cursor packs or artwork supplied by third parties remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
Cursed materials
Cursed, its original interface, and its original artwork belong to feylo. A license included with source code or another distributed component controls your rights to that specific material. The Cursed name, logo, and site design are not granted for misleading or unauthorized use.
Downloads and updates
Official download links on trycursed.com point to Cursed releases on GitHub. Release availability, supported Windows versions, included features, and file names may change as the app is updated. Check the release page before installing a build on a computer you depend on.
No warranty
Cursed and this website are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, feylo is not liable for losses caused by using or being unable to use Cursed. The app includes controls to restore your previous cursor scheme or the Windows defaults, but you remain responsible for your own system and files.
Changes to these terms
This page may change when the app, website, distribution method, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when the terms were last revised. Continuing to use Cursed after a change means the revised terms apply to that later use.
